This is a problem of current version, but is fixed in the source. You can
also unzip with Linux and then copy directory in DOSEMU.

There were no messages on this list
I remember this. They put out an alpha distribution last year, but
never got further than that. Haven't heard from them since. Looking
at their entry on SF, I think this project went stale. Too bad,
sounded interesting.

because you already get a full cdrom if you throw a bunch of
djgpp-ported GNU tools for DOS together :-). So you can say
that you get a 2 cdrom distro: FreeDOS plus DJGPP-All-Ports.

Problems solved:
The problem of getting colorized prompts and directory listings under
4dos has been completely solved with nansi 4.0d.
Additionally, I now get black letters on a bright white background with
nansi 4.0d using the patch below:
