DosUHCI is a USB driver for DOS which allows DOS applications and drivers to communicate with USB devices. It features a USB request block interface to send and receive data from any USB device. The driver comes with a USBView application which shows the descriptors of a USB device. There are also samples how to print to USB printers, read from USB floppy drives and card readers, display USB mouse positions and get data from a USB camera. The driver is a DOS only application and will not run in a Windows DOS box. It is free for personal use.
