After a few minor tweaks to clean up the presentation, I've updated the 
site to use the SF forums.  News admins (Aitor, Eric, ...?) will notice 
some news-posting guidelines  hints at the usual place, but otherwise 
I've moved the news admin to SF.

The mobile version of the site (suitable for PDA's) is working.  RSS 
hasn't been updated yet to use the new feed, but I'll get that working 
soon.  Data is still correct for the news items we have posted already.
