Hi Bernd: Thanks for the help. I booted from the Beta9SR1 CD and exited to a DOS shell (X: prompt). I am using the GAG bootloader from the MBR of the hard disk, and selected primary partition 3 (where FreeDOS is installed). This is a primary FAT32 partition, marked active by GAG, and I
