Yes, I have encounter the same problem, when use the SETUP to create a boot 
floppy disk.
Bad command or file name - "I:\FreeDOS\3rdParty\extract", except the drive 
letter is different.
The floppy could not be boot. It only contain a boot sector, nothing else.
