Hi! You mean something like noscript, adblock plus or the firefox dialog to say per domain whether you want cookies?
I do not think Arachne can do popups, so it does not need a blocker to protect you from them either. Same for Flash. A nice and smut-free xmas and new year to everybody... :-).
