The donation button is quite well hidden, and seems restricted to Paypal only. Vendors like ShareIt(.com) seem to work pretty well if he wants to sell stuff, it even offered the "iDeal" payment system that's common in the Netherlands (we're not a creditcard culture, sorry). I tend to pay for low-cost quality software if no equal free solution exists. Windows and VMware Workstation have been my most expensive purchases, followed by some collector editions of various games.
