Hi Steve,

The patch adds mathvariants for ASCII tilde and circumflex accents.
Rationale: they are listed on
http://www.w3.org/TR/MathML3/appendixc.html as stretchy accent and at
least MathJax's LaTeX-to-MathML converter uses them to for \widetilde
and \widehat.
