Disagree. The ordering seems to make sense to people with the settings in the middle. THe settings are not the most important facet for most entities, it is the collections of things they maintain that is most important. Remember, we origianlly went with this ordering to solve that issue. The alternative is to put the settings to the left, but to open a different tab by default, but that will be just as confusing.
