Pushed under a liberal view of the 1-liner rule.ipa-replica-prepare was failing due to a unicode problem creating the DNS entries. This is the first one-liner.
The second related to pre-generating the server certificates for dogtag. It was failing in python-nss when trying to shut down the NSS database. It failed whether we had initialized it or not so I basically am passing on errrors right now. I opened ticket 965 for further investigate.
