This patch changes this, so that params_minus_pk is set to a reference to params. It makes special cases easier to handle and I think it makes sense that: Anyway I did it, because there were some blow ups when testing plugins and this fixed it without having to do checks everywhere. (And it doesn't hurt anything as far as I checked.)
