Actually, we need to get that removed from Freeze Exception. The
original plan was for python-qrcode and a simple rebuild of FreeIPA to
go in. However, FreeIPA has made significant changes (pulling in new
389 and dogtag packages) and it is now too risky to include in the
already-very-late-Alpha.

It's unfortunate, but that's going to have to go in for Beta.
