My master failed and was not able to start up due to the dse.ldif being a zero
byte file and the .bak file was unusable as well. Ended up using the startOK

Can you check the access log and error log on the IPA server
server-01.example.com? It seems that the issue happens when the replica
installer tries to create the entry
