Hey Rich, I found out the issue. Thank you for pointing me in the right direction. The user I am using for Password Sync has a login name of idmpasssync but the display name was IDM Password Sync. I changed the display name to idmpasssync and I was able to do the ldapsearch. I just ran the ipa-
