As for the plan... Let us release IPA v2 first. Penrose will be very
handy in some use cases but we just do not have resources to invest into
this project at the moment.
Velo is user provisioning. The demand for it in conjunction with IPA is
yet another thing that we would to address in couple years when this
demand actually materializes.
But if you have any ideas or suggestions we can definitely discuss them
here.
