This is ipa 2.2 on rhel 6.3. Upgraded from rhel 6.2. Initial install on 6.2.

Hi guys, I am glad you resolved the issue. I am just curious - from what
version to what version did you upgrade? Is this is a bug in IPA in RHEL 6.4?

Yes,
the idnsZone objectClass entry was not updated properly during 
ipa-server update process.
To fix this the schema has to be modified,
https://access.redhat.com/knowledge/solutions/301213 has
the details.
