[Freeipa] [Bug 1446874] [NEW] FreeIPA 4.0.5 on Trusty

Public bug reported: I'm having problems getting FreeIPA Server 4.0.5 from the https://launchpad.net/~freeipa/+archive/ubuntu/4.0 PPA working on Trusty. ipa-server-install is not completing successfully. I'm getting this error among others: --- Continue to configure the system with these values?
