Hello!
This little patch moves -I compiler flags from CFLAGS to CPPFLAGS,
which seems more appropriate and also fixes compilation of FreeBSD port
by avoiding conflict with installed headers.
Cleanly applies to CVS HEAD and Release-0_4_0_branch.

ipmi-sel: unable to get SEL record
it certainly isn't normal. Is there a chance you could run with a newer
version of FreeIPMI? I've put in a lot more detailed error messages and
debugging functions in newer FreeIPMIs.

I don't think its necessary, since it doesn't change anything in
functionality.
