I added a k_g_len component to workaround the issue. The patch is in the
head and 0.3.X branch now. I also found a ipmiconsole state machine bug
along the way too.

CVS head and 0.3.X branch.

doc/freeipmi-coding.txt - coding style intro, explanation of coding
decisions done in libfreeipmi.
doc/freeipmi-hostrange.txt - describes using the new hostrange support
in freeipmi.
Only in CVS now. Planned for the 0.4.0 release. Obviously we'll put
