Homemade libraries.  Back in early development we only needed md2 and
md5, so the cons of using the homemade library vs. the pros of linking
against a library didn't make much of a difference.  But with IPMI 2.0,
things are different.

libgrypt is definitely the way to go. It is OK even if it means
increasing one more package dependency.
