It seems that the server operates fine off a low number of threads ( usually
the default starting value of 5 ) and then it'll eventually start creating
tons of the dropping dup auth packet, at which point it tries to open more
threads, which recieve the same

as far as the proxying.. I imagine that it should be enough to have this in
my radius.conf . This has been how I've been running after reading throught
the archives.
