Can u tell me mssql support unix date time 

but one morething i got this problem sometime not every time i got this problem 
 after 2 and 3 days and my radiusd goes down so is there problem regarding unix 
datetime

Dear all 

 I have setup freeradius-1.1.0 with Cisco VPDN with MSSQL2000 but i 
got this error and my radius goes down

You will need to configure your sql server to store dates in unix format,
not having worked with mssql2000 for a while I couldn't tell you how to do
it but I'm betting that's where your problem is.
