FreeRDP performance is up to the following factors:
* Network latency/throughput (obviously)
* CPU performance (all encoding/decoding of the protocol is done there)
* Graphics Performance (we need to push the decoded images to the
graphics card fast)

Some time ago, we've noticed that freeRDP 2.x performs worse on Rpi4
than Rpi3.
Is there any info about Rpi4 libraries being rewritten by
community/foundation from scratch to make it work best on Rpi4? Many thanks
