There still seems to be a problem with current git. I can now start a
remoteapp program but as soon as I started to type, it segfaulted with:
xfreerdp[14387]: segfault at 4 ip 00adfd5a sp b752b
Recent gits of freerdp segfault when trying to use a remoteapp. The
desktop works fine though. This is to a 2008 R2 server.
