Hello,
please find attached a patch that allows overriding the hostname used in
the certstore file. I seem to need this in order to be able to tunnel to
multiple target hosts via different ports at localhost.
Or am I missing some simpler alternative?

I'll take a look. Can someone file a bug so I can verify and debug on
the correct OS, etc? I'm a windows guy and know the ICO file format
pretty well, but I can run Ubuntu when needed and take a look at
