Thank Bruce,
sorry for my simple question. I try to display one subject's thickness map on average surface. so I try
mri_surf2surf --srcsubject /root/freesurfer/subjects/r00275571 --srcsurfval /root/freesurfer/subjects/r00275571/surf/lh.thickness --trgsubject /root/freesurfer/subjects/fsaverage
you can either use --tfmt target format to specify the format, or just
add .mgh to the end of the output file so it knows what format to save it
in.

Hi,
is there any documentation on the aseg corpus callosum segmentation
(the one with five subdividivisons) that I could refer to? I guess this
is still the preferred cc seg in FS (not the one pased on cortical
parcellation)?
Thanks a lot in advance!
Best,
Kristine

Hi Kristine
yes, definitely use the aseg version. I think Diana Rosas might have
described it in one of her papers, but I'm not positive.
cheers

Hi, when trying to look at surfaces in tksurfer, all I see is a small
part of the data in the posterior of the brain (see attached for
example). There are no errors on the command line when I run tksurfer.
This only started happening very recently. Here's some system info:

Hi experts,
I'm running the commands from recon-all -autorecon3 from a script file

From the help files, mri_segstats has option --nonempty and
