Dear Doug and Freesurfers,
I have a structural MRI and DTI set of images that i've corregistered
(individually) using bbregister.
My mincost files show a value that varies between 0.1 and 0.2 for all
subjects.
I read the paper by Grieve et al., 2009 Neuroimage and was wondering
whether it is
Hi Doug,
thanks for your advice. By modifiying the mri_mergelabels command we
find a solution to create labels with an and connection. To be sure
about the output, what exactly does the columns represent in the label
file. I assume that the first column is the index of the vertex, the

Hi,
I was previously using dcm2nii to convert DWI dicom series to the nifti
format. I want to change my process to use mri_convert instead, as I am
having a lot of orientation problems using dcm2nii. My problem is that
while dcm2nii extracted the bvecs/bvals into files separate from the nifti,
the Talairach coords reported in tkmedit are the 'Brett' corrected
coordinates. the mni305 are also available, but off by default, if you
select View-Information-MNI Coordinates.

Hello,
Thank you Bruce and Doug for your answers to my previous question about a

like to ask for clarification. On the Morphometry Stats page at

Im a little lost. Are you running a 32 or 64 bit virtual machine? Is the
host 32 bit or 64 bit? The guest can never exceed the host, I believe. I
may be wrong.
Have you tried re-downloading the virtualbox image with Freesurfer?
