Hi all,
I have done group analysis and see it in freeview. Also I can see my
sig.cluster.summary file to find clusters those survived. As I know, the MNIX
MNIY MNIZ in the cluster summary file is coordinates for the maximum. The
coordinate system is MNI305. Also I input the vertex number at the
Hi FS experts and users
I created a rIPL mask by other tools and I want to make it surface-based mask.
I ran this command:
mri_vol2surf --hemi rh --reg register.dat --mov ./rIPL.nii.gz --o
./rIPL_afni.mgh --trgsubject fsaverage
And it echo this output, that is to say, it cannot find the
Hi Bruce.
Thanks so much for the offer of help. I would really appreciate it. If you
can send me the files and then let me know what I need to capture I'll try it
out.
Thanks.

Thanks, Doug!
I looked at the examples on the wiki, and the Paired Analysis wiki page as well.
You mentioned I should include the categorical and continuous variables in the
fsgd file for the mri_glmfit. It seems that one of my analyses includes few
subjects, and then one of the class end up
Dear All,
This probably a newbie question, so I apologize if it is a naive one,
please bear with me.
I have on value for each ROI on the surface of brain and one value for each
sub-cortical structures. Those ROIs and sub-cortical structures correspond
to freesurfer atlas.
I have three
Hi Everyone,
I was wondering if there is anyway to convert MNI coordinate to freesurfer
coordinates? Let me explain a bit more:
I have a set of points with their coordinates in the MNI atlas, I would
like to find the closest ROI's (or better rank ROIs) with respect to their
distance to those
