Could you point me to the documentation about creating hippocampal files
outside of recon-all? I’m not familiar with running this method outside of
recon-all since I’ve typically followed the ENIGMA hippocampal pipeline.

I have run the amygdala segmentation in my datasets to obtain volumes of
nuclei. I am aware from the fswiki that the volumes should be interpreted with
caution because of the reliance on the atlas. When running FS, is there a way

I checked with our cluster administrator, and we do have the Matlab R2012
runtime installed. Does anyone have any insight into what could be causing
this error? I’ve attached my full output as well as my script in case that’s
any help!
