I am posting because after using the command mri_vol2surf to downsample
my scans to fsaverage4, I ended up with empty files when viewed in Freeview.
This is the command that I ran generally:

I have Freesurfer anatomical data from recon-all, and pre-processed functional
data in NifTI format from FSL and you would like to use FsFast to align that
data. What would be the best way to do that using FsFast? Is this
