Thanks for looking at this. I am using FS 5.3 on a Mac OS 10.9 (Mavericks). If
that helps, I wrote the initial file with TextWrangler.

You need to have "Input" as the first line to each subject, eg,
Input 7541001001 genderF-groupAR 2.489 6.77
