I had the same question as below, but did not see a response. Does anyone know
if this feasible in QDEC?

If all you want are the stats from Desikan/Destrieux, then use the
provided stats files and load them into SPSS (or whatever). That note
has to do with if you have your own ROI from which you want statistics.

I run a controls vs patients thickness analysis using qdec and got
several results. Now, it is not entirely clear to me how to refine my
surface-based analysis (still using qdec) into a ROI, the middle
orbitofrontal region.
