For many non-human primate species, volume templates already exist. I would recommend using them and aligning your surface templates to them to aid in the ability to compare studies across laboratories in the same space. For rhesus, see the 112RM-SL atlas. Best Regards, Donald McLaren

Hi FreeSurfer experts, I have been working with a dataset we have run through FreeSurfer 5.0 and am interested in the medial orbitofrontal region (Desikan atlas). We have an unexpected surface area finding, so we want to rule out any systematic error in the generation of the area measurements.
