Hello all,
few days ago I subscribed to the FreeSurfer list in order to get e-mails
regarding the FreeSurfer issues. I will not use FreeSurfer anymore. Hence,
please, could you remove me from this list?
Thanks a lot
Adam

Cannot allocate memory
Here is the full command I'm using (in the Martinos center, using ver6 stable):

Hi Noam, these seem to be corrupted in a way that makes it so only freesurfer 5
can read them. If you source 5.3 and 'resave' the vols with mri_convert, like:

That should fix whatever the problem is and allow you to load them in v6+
best
Andrew

Hi Freesurfer experts,
I’m running a simple qdec analysis to examine group differences in surface

I noticed that when I run Monte Carlo Simulations (threshold=1.3, sign=abs),
