not really, although it would be easy enough to do in matlab

Hi Tommi, nothing comes to mind in terms of buttons to press on
tksurfer. Can you just add .5 to the non-zero voxels in the w-file? Then
you don't have to use the offset.

Hi,
We need to display surface data (.w file). However, our algorithm failed
to assign values for some vertices (and were therefore given the value of
exactly zero), and to clearly differentiate those from vertices where we
successfully computed values, we would like the vertices where we could

Hi Gerit - Are you setting the trainfile variable in your configuration
file? If so, don't.

I don't know that there is such a definition of DLPFC.

Valtina,
It should be viewable in freeview. Try:
freeview -f mysurface.gii
tksurfer can load .gii files as well. also, mris_convert will convert
to/from gifti. see its --help output.

It looks like the cutting planes are used for cleaving surfaces. Is
there a comparable tool for cleaving a volume into distinct sub-volumes
(e.g., medial and lateral)?

Are you running this on your own subject or the tutorial subject?
Please include the freesurfer list on all emails with tracula questions.

Hi Stefano - Did you try CVS for the inter-subject registration? It
doesn't look like it from the configuration file.

Hi Dylan - Can you send your trac-all.log file? (When the baselist is
included in the dmrirc, otherwise you're just running the cross-sectional
tractography.)

what version of FS are you using? I'm surprised by the little spot of

Dear All,
I 'd like to know the xmin, ymin and zmin for creating DLPFC label using
bblabel string.
I want to make a coronal cut at y=26 for seperating DLPFC from premotor cortex.
I tried by giving a value of xmin=0, ymin=26 and zmin= 0.
I'd like to know whether I'm on right track.
Thanks in adv
