Dear freesurfers,
I would like to know what will be the best way to bring volumes in the

Hello freesurfers
I would like to preform inter-hemispheric comparison (or
hemispheric asymmetry) for a volume of a single subject.
what would be the best way to do it?
Thanks

Does anyone know how to transform it to freesurfer space?
Thanks!

Shani, I don't think you can apply a FNIRT

Hello all
I have created white matter surface of a non primate brain and I'm trying
to use mris_make_surfaces to position the pial surface.
The problem is that the resulted pial surface is miss-positioned-the
'growing' stops very close to the white surface (no gradient visible where
it stops)

Hello Freesurfer
I would like to extract the stream for surface-based analysis on the output

Is this possible?How?
Thanks
