We’re aware that some binaries will not run on older Intel processors that do
not support AVX instructions. You could try running it on a different
machine with a newer intel CPU. We’ve also has some reports about this on

I tried to use mri_synthseg and mri_synthsr commands, but I got the
error message "Illegal instruction (core dumped)". Any solution? I
have the March 31st, 2022 version.
