Re: [Freesurfer] Applying Pial edits to Longitudinal

Hi Sierra,

the long command should be

recon-all -long C002d C002.base -mprage …..

same way as you called it the first time when using the -all flag.

Best, Martin

[Freesurfer] Applying Pial edits to Longitudinal

2019-06-08 Thread Sierra Ann Jarvis
External Email - Use Caution

Hello Freesurfers,

I am trying to apply Pial edits to my longitudinal time point. I have tried the
command,

recon-all -long C002d.long.C002.base/ C002.base -mprage -3T -norm2-b 20
-norm2-n 5 -autorecon2 -autorecon3

But receive the error,

Unmatched “.

I am using freesurfer-Linux-centos6_x86_64-stable-pub-v6.0.0-2beb96c

Do you know what could be the reason for this?
