so you can see

a SIP phone on the pbx, or via a PSTN provider? Maybe your provider
isn't passing them

That might be why its not asking for a pin.

And it doesn't challenge me for the pin. I just drop right in. I
figured this is how it was intended, since the wiki says the pin is
set initially and only
