Huh?

In which part did i tell people to stop doing whatever they want with pjsip?

In my last email or on IRC?

I'm merely pointing out the reasons why mod_pjsip was abandoned by the core
team 3 years ago
(so some of the points may have been fixed in the meantime).

If somebody feels the need to resurrect it, well, please do.
But don't expect Tony or anyone else from the core team to do that for you.

This is OpenSource after all...

We already mentioned some of the reasons why it did get dropped 3 years ago
(first two points from memory, last two from old IRC logs):

[License incompatible (GPL), but i think tony tried to negotiate on alternate
license terms]

Not possible to have multiple SIP profiles (due to global variables being used
in the lib).

A race-condition under high load, that couldn't be resolved back then (with the
help of the pjsip developers).

And the sofia module "just working" and surviving the scalability tests, so all
efforts were focussed on
mod_sofia and pjsip got dropped.

Look at the Message-Id and In-Reply-To headers of the mails if you still think

The way to CELT plugin registers should be ok, the code is based on the Speex
plugin.

Opal tries to assign a number in the dynamic range first and if nothing is free
in that area,
goes backwards starting at 95 to find an empty spot (opal/mediafmt.cxx -
OpalMediaFormatInternal::OpalMediaFormatInternal()).

Maybe some of the other codecs is registering a lot of formats without the
shared flag set and using up all
dynamic IDs, or there's a problem somewhere in the ID handling code.

Umm, you've been doing duplicate work then.

The version of ozmod_isdn i have been working on is completely stateful and
has a couple of timers already implemented.

And i remember giving you the location of the git repository on IRC,
earlier this year. (But never got any feedback)

The value for switch is invalid, it's going to fall back to dms100 with that
one set.
Valid settings are:

ni1, ni2, dms100, euroisdn, lucent5e, att4ess, gr303eoc and gr303tmc

and "euroisdn" is the one you'll want for a E1 line.

Another setting you may need is:

There are still some issues we're currently working on.
You'll have to add "--disable-visibility" to the configure line to get a working
mod_sofia and softtimer.
Mod_lua is broken too and i'm still trying to find a fix for that.

SFEcurses and SFEncursesw may cause FS to segfault on startup
(if those are installed on your system), "--disable-core-libedit-support"
will fix that, but you'll loose the line edit and history feature of the FS
console.

I'm currently trying to find the root-cause of your problem.
Somehow your fs-internal build of nspr ends up without threads support, even
though
it's configure script enables it ("USE_PTHREADS='1'").

Does the ebuild i gave you work, or does it fail in the same way?
