Some FFmpeg developers a while back suggested that codec2 should have a
version.h so users can better detect and deal with API peculiarities.
Nivex added version numbers in r3343, this patch exposes them in a
generated version.h that gets installed with the rest of the headers.

David, the current block scheme of soft-decision demodulators (as far as I
konow) includes a demodulator that still outputs integer values, but it
outputs current quantisation tresholds and accepts a feedback for the
decision making process. My theoretical demodulator would be a non-decision

decoded system ?
IE like LPDC, Turbo block, turbo product etc etc

Whenever I see postprocessing ideas like this I tend to think "what if
you put that model in the coding loop?". Like the loop filter in H.264
for example.
