The font is buggy; it is one byte too short thus the private
dictionary can't be loaded.
As the bug report says: Adobe Reader can't read the font

FontForge thinks it is erroneous too.
BTW, I wasn't able to load it at all with FontForge on my GNU/Linux
box: It tried to allocate so much memory that my machine froze. This
probably means a bug in
Freetype should return bit 6=1 from GETINFO instruction when subpixel rendering
is switched on as described at the end of The TrueType Instruction Set, Part 2,
