Thanks a lot! I've committed it to the git repository, doing some
slight formatting.
Ideally, it would have been better to isolate the various unrelated
fixes into separate commits, but I know that this can be a very
time-consuming
I think only the documentation for FT_Stroker_LineJoin will need
updating to match the new ftstroker.h.
Perhaps this happens automatically.

What i have noticed with ttfautohint is that often e.g. a regular
weight of a font will grow in size at a bigger % than the bold
weight. So i'm thinking the Regular is 'over-hinted', maybe.
Well, ttfautohint has no possibility to decide whether a font is bold
