As requested by dishi, a rewrite of imdb.py command line script for creating
fxd files. It should work, but i didn't test it extensivly (note : u have to
start this from the main freevo dir with ./helpers/imdb.py, do to config.py
importing issues). Now everything using imdb/fxd-writing should be
