I think that there is a bug in the parsing of information tags in ogg files. The content of the tags are UTF-8 encoded in ogg files but the tag names can only use the acii letters a-z and A-Z. As far is I can tell mmpython assumes that the content of the information tags are 8bit ASCII, byt my Python is not very good.
