In 1.7.3 the web interface to the media library has changed and I have
to say I miss the features of the old style interface of 1.6.2 and
1.7.0. In the old one could see how much space a movie took up and I
could delete it or even download it to another box. The new media
interface does not even gi

a little more digging in my thumbnail problem. If i run the mplayer
command that creates a thmbnail (I dug it out of the videothumb.py) :
mplayer -nosound -vo png -frames 8 -ss 360 -zoom
/mnt/freevo/06-15_20_00_Stargate_Atlantis_-_Vengeance.mpeg , mplayer
happily produces the 8 video png
