Anyone with ideas ?
There was a problem with helpers using skin / osd functions but Dischi
just fixed it. A fix should be available for you in the next CVS snapshot.

I'm helping a friend choose components for his Freevo box. We have
obtained a G400-TV, I've verified that it works great just like my
G400-DH for framebuffer/mga_vid (after I gave mga_vid.o mga_ram_size=16).
Should I recommend he get a BT878 in addition? The G400-TV has capture
capability
I have the exact setup you describe. IIRC the G400-TV marvel box was not
very well supported under Linux. Just like when you decided to get the
Matrox because of it's superb support under Linux I decided to shell out
the extra $20.00 and get a bt878 off eBay because it's the best supported
chipset

See this with v1.4 as well as cvs (Dec 6 14:00PST).
First launch of Freevo:
ROM_DRIVES: Auto-detected and added ('/mnt/cdrom', '/dev/dvd', 'CD-1')
ROM_DRIVES: Auto-detected and added ('/mnt/burner', '/dev/sr0',
'CD-2')
Virtual filesystem activated
WARNING: PyLirc not found, lirc remote
can you send me your stationlist.xml?
I wrote the new tvtime plugin stuff and have never seen this before. It
would be nice to know what the parser is objecting to.

I just bought a Startech vga to tv converter. It is designed to work with

I can use xawtv for this card, which works great.
Is there anyway xawtv can be used at the tv
