Tks for this info evan, but could you explain me the event mecanism of freevo ?
I'm confuse with local.conf event, lircrc and the xine events
All I want is to have some control like :
- subtitle delay PLUS / MINUS
- audio delay PLUS / MINUS
- aspect ratio toggle
How can I add thoses

using freevo for more and more purposes, i'd like start using it for image
viewing, too.
Since I'm running a webserver, people can access my images on my webserver via
a php application called gallery. Well, Gallery creates thumbnails of my
image files, so there are always 3 files for 1

Of cource, freevo shows all 3 images in a row and thats why i have to push
the NEXT Button 3 times, before i get the next image, which can be really
annoying

Not really solid on teh code in freevo, but to add those kind of
things to freevo you are going to have add code to the xine plugin for
freevo and possibly to the event code. This means you can not do it by
just adding an event in local.conf. Lircrc is just used to translate
remote
