Successfully built FriCAS on Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL) on Windows
10.
Just a note, I built FriCAS without X and at startup I have :
/usr/local/bin/fricas
viewman not present, disabling graphics

We had too many bugtackers. I'm not sure that they work well for us.
There is probably nobody who transfers all the bugreports from the
sourceforge to github. But we should at least try and make now github
