Peut-être parce que c'est pas si simple : si tu essaies d'appeler certains
DC pour savoir s'il y a du jus ils vont te facturer 15mn de FLS rien que
pour aller voir ton rack, et te rendre une info 90% non fiable au bout d'une
demi-heure si tu as de la chance.

Il y a des sites sur lesquels c'est juste pas possible faute d'avoir du FLS
disponible (exemple SFR, Telco et j'ai jamais essayé sur Equinix mais j'ai
un gros doute).

Dans mon expérience la seule manière de vérifier qu'il y a du jus dans un
rack (et peut-être sur les deux alims) c'est d'avoir un équipement actif
dans le rack et si possible un accès out of band.
